If you work and evening shift, when do you eat dinner?

    I'm no doctor or nutritionist... but IMMHO timing of meals is less important than regulating the amount of meals...

    I eat at a really weird hour... but so far I'm alright... and I never snack and I always eat at about the same time each day... or night.

    Results might not be the same for every person.

    I work 4pm to around 11:30pm. I eat a heavier meal around 3pm..and sometimes have a light meal or snack after getting home around midnight.
