What would cause a person to constantly have a fart smell body odor?
I know a person who constantly smells like fart. Any time of the day, you go up to this person and it smells like they just laid a gasser. It's not a poo smell, so it would not be something like a colostomy bag. It definitely smells just like fart. Nobody could be constantly farting all day long. What medical condition could cause this?

Could be a medical condition that causes him to have body odor that smells like sulfur or onion, which I assume is what you mean by fart smell.
