Is 145 at 5’6 fat?

I used to weigh 115 to 110. But I was put on a mood stabilizer that made me gain a lot of weight. I feel less confident. I don’t like to show my body. It makes me insecure and frustrated. I have lost 15 pounds over I’d say 4 months . Which isn’t a lot given the time. I’m eating vegetarian food, no junk food, no cheese, no sugar. And it’s not working as fast as I’d like. I have went from 140 to 110 before a few years ago and I lost weight much faster .. I don’t know what the problem is. Any advise or tips?

Losing weight quickly mostly leads to health issues. There are lots of crash diet available on internet those promise to make you lose weight but it gives you health hazards as well. Hense, I would say, you need at least 3 months to lose significant amount of weight in a healthy way.

No. It's not skinny, but it's not fat either. It's perfectly healthy.

You may not be getting enough calories and nutrients, and your body has gone into starvation mode. What sources of protein are you eating?  Cheese can be a great source of protein and calcium for people on a vegetarian diet.

For someone who is 5'6", 145 is a healthy weight.  110 is unhealthy.  See a doctor.  It sounds like you're potentially suffering from a mental illness.

No, it is not overweight. The recommended weight range for a 5'6" person is approx 115-154lb.

I don't think so. You're in the healthy weight range. You should use a BMI calculator online to find out for real. I'm not sure exactly what your BMI is, all I do know that it's less than 25 (BMI of above 25 would be overweight)
