light blue pants/jeans at work?

They're pants right ? So , why can't 
people wear light blue pants/jeans
to work ???? Then , what's point of
wearing them if they come in light
blue ???

I can wear light blue, bright pink, flaming orange or basic black, but I don't have a dress or uniform code to follow. If your uniform code requires dark color pants then wear dark color pants. Several places require dark colors so the employees are easy to identify and all the employees present the same corporate look to the public.
