Depends on the design. There is no typical velocity. Bunker busters require a high terminal velocity, most antipersonnel stuff has wings or chutes to slow it down. So somewhere between supersonic and 5mps.(meters/s)

A 1000-lb bombs, having good stream lines, can reach a terminal velocity of about 1,100 feet per second, provided it is dropped from an altitude of about thirtyfive thousand feet.
