What should I say to the guy/friend I love and care about? (After friends betrayed him.)?

My friends fell out and betrayed the one friend I do love and care for (we don’t have a label realy just a great connection) 

I also felt betrayed by the friends after they dragged me into this mess with my friend, and I feel realy stuck in the middle.

the friends failed to listen to me as I wanted felt we should give him a chance,as I know he didn’t realy do much wrong and didn’t hear me out.

After admitting my feelings about  him to the others they decided not to include me in the chat they had with him, which I knew would get wrong on the get go without me.

Also they never told me how it went so I could access the situation for myself, as I felt they were so blinded by hate and they don’t know him like I do and make a mistake, as a result they decided to tell other people without even talking to me about it, I tbh didn’t want anything to do with the betrayal of my friend, as I don’t believe any if it was true.

But also his ex best friend told me I’m to be exiled if I talk them.

Just I have no idea what to say to him as I feel I’m betraying them both if I talk to him, but I need to cuz of how serious the accusions they said about him. my only option is to talk to him about that, I didn’t want to go through with it, but at the same time I am sick just seeing all the sh*t thier talking about him, conjured up by the ‘bestfriend’ who would stop at nothing getting thier way. Even if it’s to silence me  

What should I tell my friend as they stabbed him in the back?
