Is Maxine Waters physco?

Yes she is psycho and she should be censured for her inciting violence.

No--quite the contrary: Maxine Waters is a very cunning and clever BLACK RACIST who wants you to think she's a disgracefully aging black woman, brain touched with ALZ or dementia.

The second you publicly question her about her mysteriously profitable PERSONAL WEALTH, she angrily condemns you as "RACIST!! RACIST!!". 

Maxine Waters also holds A LOT of damming secrets--some that, if ever discovered by law enforcement, might have her living in new cozy digs---in a women's prison!

And she hides behind the U.S. LIBERAL TV news and print media. The news story link is from the Daily Mail--a London based global news media!! Note there are NO U.S. based "news" agencies carrying similar "puff-piece" stories about ol' Maxine. 

Proof right there that Congressional LIBERALS enjoy press protections from U.S. news carriers. 

I look one day soon for Maxine  to call for her fellow BLACK RACISTS to act violent somewhere--and a WHITE person is hurt--or killed--as a direct result that is effortlessly PROVEN in CIVIL COURT. And bitter Maxine gets her as*s sued for every dime she currently has.

There have been a number of times that she has incited violence and rioting, why does she get a pass?

Not the first time she has called for violence and it will not be the last. She somehow always manages to get a pass for inciting violence.

I doubt that she is "physco" [sic].  But some US politicians on BOTH the extreme left and right are psycho.
