If mass murder became a federal crime with a mandatory execution within 30 days of conviction, would mass murders decrease?

Absolutely. However, THAT  is NOT a political agenda item maintained by LIBERAL SOCIALISTS.

Right now, there are Death Row prisoners who have waited over 20 years for their execution date--and they are NOT worried that day comes anytime soon.

Mass shooters aren't right in the head, with a decent percentage of them taking their own life at the closure of the rampage.   Therefore, no, it would not decrease the occurrence.

Secondly, what would be defined as a "mass murder"?   Inner city gun thugs regularly kill more than one at a time.

    No.............

Mass murder doesn't usually start with a person who is overly concerned with their own life.

And you can't remove the appeal process for specific crimes. Think about how easy it would be to abuse that process.

Probably not because you have to understand a little bit about the psychology of a mass shooter. Usually mass shooters are ready to end their own life as-well after taking others out with them.

They don’t care if they live or die.. the majority of them. This is important to acknowledge.

The only solution I truly believe is having more armed people who are properly trained on how to use a firearm. So the mass shooter can be put to rest immediately before he is even capable of taking people out.
