How could judge allowing witnesses giving garbage testimony to jury at Mr. Chauvin trial?
Sometime when see TVs live trials. Sometime defense lawyer called experts giving out trash opinions. Which made me laughing at defense attorney and even judge for allowing this person even to speak in trial in front of jury.
I thought judge job is let witnesses or professional to speak only if it's honest and truth testimony. It's illegal to allowing people speak if it's not true or some made up mind over what happening with garbage evidences.

No, the Judge doesn't decide who is honest and truthful. The jury makes that decision. Your version of garbage testimony may not be my version of garbage testimony. As I recall, don't you have Downs and don't you have all sorts of random and crazy legal theories? Why don't you post about something you know and understand instead of acting like you have mental health issues unrelated to Downs.

No, that is not the responsibility of the judge. The idea is that the "expert" witness knows more about the issue being discussed than the judge or anyone else. That is why they are called experts. If you think you know more than them you should contact one of the lawyers are offer to testify.

The prosecution lawyers are free to cross-examine or to challenge false assertions. If they don't, we must assume the professional opinions stated are valid.
