Survey: what was your last DIY project?

It's still going on.

I am in the process of refinishing my dining table and chairs.

Putting new wheels on my garbage can. 

I had to take a kitchen cabinet down off the wall and repair it then rehang it.

master baiting. I think this qualifies.

Nothing recently.  So, maybe I should think about beginning a new one.
