YA data download cancellation email - why?
I've gone through this process of requesting the data download, receiving the confirmation email stating that the download is in progress and within a couple of hours I get a "...download has been cancelled"... email.
Any idea how to proceed?

You just keep trying until it works. You've got until June 30th. I imagine they are getting a lot of requests, in spite of the fact the downloaded information is not in a reader-friendly format (and not terribly useful).
