I am asking this in all seriousness. The last 4-5 months I have been feeling so overwhelmed with school, life, etc. and I have been on the verge of going crazy. I cry a lot from the overwhelming stress and have a lot of anxiety attacks. I don't think I can take it any longer. I had a friend give me a Xanax pill once and it helped a lot. I want to go to the doctor, but I need to know what to tell them in order to get the prescription. I am scared they will just go, "Oh, you're fine just relax some." I know this is a lot more than just needing to relax. I also do not want anti-depressants. I have tried those before and did not like the way they made me feel.

If there is anything else you recommend, about perhaps other anxiety meds or ways I cannot feel so much stress and anxiety, that would be great.

I am usually very regular for my period and my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a few months. I am currently 4 days late, am having symptoms like nausea, breast tenderness, back pain, etc. but no positive pregnancy test yet. What is going on?! Could I be pregnant and I just don't have a strong amount of HCG in my urine yet? Is this normal?
