I am looking to buy a table tennis rubber. But I dont know which one is better for me. When I look on the description, they use to give three value, Control, Speed and Spin ( say CSS) and values the different with different brand. I play like push and cut for left hand side. Right hand side is little cut, defense and sometimes high spin smash and also push. So what rubbers will be good for me.

Could someone please suggest me what is the best time to exercise. I use to exercise around 9 or 9.30PM for 1hr or little more. Sometimes I use to test my sugar before and after the exercise. The test result is like 145-150 before and after is 105-115. I think exercise is quite helpful for controlling sugar level.

Since I come to know about my diabetic, I am exercising regularly like 5/6 times a week. So my sugar level is now in normal level.

So my exercise timing is okay or should I choose some other time.

So how long I have to check so that I have to concern to doctor. It may go down as my brother has same experience but how long??
