What is the best time to exercise for a diabetic man?
Could someone please suggest me what is the best time to exercise. I use to exercise around 9 or 9.30PM for 1hr or little more. Sometimes I use to test my sugar before and after the exercise. The test result is like 145-150 before and after is 105-115. I think exercise is quite helpful for controlling sugar level.
Since I come to know about my diabetic, I am exercising regularly like 5/6 times a week. So my sugar level is now in normal level.
So my exercise timing is okay or should I choose some other time.

Anytime is the right time .
To gain maximum benefits, patients are often advised to exercise for about 30 minutes a day at least five days a week. However, it is important for individuals to consult their physician before starting an exercise program and to use more or less exertion as instructed. Scientists have found that diabetes patients are much more likely to exercise when their physician helps them devise a program.
Exercise offers many benefits for people with diabetes. They include:
•Lower glucose (blood sugar)
•Reduced insulin resistance (a condition in which the cells have a diminished response to insulin)
•Lower blood pressure
•Improved cholesterol
•Achievement and maintenance of a healthy weight
•Fewer dietary restrictions
•Decreased stress
Consistent physical activity also helps lower the risk of developing complications including heart conditions, stroke and diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage). General benefits of exercise that affect people with diabetes and nondiabetics alike include:
•Strengthened immune system
•Reduced risk of developing some diseases such as certain cancers
•Improved blood circulation
•Improved strength, flexibility, endurance and mobility
•Improved mental health, alertness and memory

You should always test before exercising. if it is low or excessively high you should not exercise.
If that time is working for you (and not infering with sleep),than why change? You would have a better idea though after your 3 month A1c test.

first talk to your doctor
seeing as you are diabetic
you probably have to eat througout the day little snacks to keep your blood sugar safe and normal level
so i would probably do it not on an empty stomach as this could screw that up...so maybe after you have eaten
im glad your blood sugar is normal now
if this routine is working for you continue at this time
be safe and good luck i wish the best for you :) take care
