My brother passed away about 6 months ago from Cancer. My Mother has Power of Attorney which my Brother gave her before he passed away. She's been trying to get all of his Medical Records from different Doctor's Offices and many of them aren't complying with the subpoena that was given to them. My question is how does a person get these Doctors Offices to comply with the Law so that my Mother can get these medical records? Thank you for your help in this matter! This is for the State of Oregon by the way.

My youngest brother passed away a few weeks ago. It was sudden and unexpected. My Nephew lives with my wife and I now. He just turned 16 yrs old. I wanted to know what debts we might have to pay that my brother has? He has student loans, storage space, pawn shops and a few others in his name. Trying to find a exploded view of a VG30i 3.0L V-6 engine for my neighbor. He's trying to replace the engine coolant temperature sensor in it. Has 2 prongs for the plug in. The one on the water neck housing on the intake manifold only has one prong on it. I think the sensor he has is called something else. Maybe a cylinder head temperature sensor or a cold start sensor. It's been really difficult to find any photo's of where these item go and the part's store hasn't been of much help. Thank you in advance!

I had surgery and the doctors left a surgical clip inside of me that they missed before they stitched me up. Are there any dangers to be concerned about? Are there any long term effects to be worried about? What will happen if the tool isn't removed? Thank you for your help and advise! What would you do if this happened to you?

Not sure if that's the right name for it or not. The item replacement # is TS5731 made by Echlin (NAPA). This part has a 2 prong plug in. It's not the one located by the thermostat housing. That one go's to the instrument panel. The man at the store said it was located at the right front of the motor. The car is a Nissan Pathfinder, V6, Stick Shift, 4x4. Trying to help my neighbor out so they don't have to push start it each morning. Any help would be greatly appreciated by this family! Thank you in advance! My neighbor just needs to be able to find it so he can replace it with the new one. Uses a 19mm socket if that helps any. He's not even sure this is the problem. The car will not start on cold mornings. The car started all summer long while the weather was good. I came home from work one day and was very tired. I laid down on the bed to take a short nap before dinner. After I had fell asleep for awhile, I was suddenly awoken up by being kicked or pushed from under our bed by something. So I rolled off the bed onto the floor to look under our bed and there was nothing there. Whatever it was had pushed me up about 5-6 inches off the mattress. I'm not a small person by any means. I'm over 6 foot tall and weigh about 350 lbs. I thought my step son was playing a joke on me or something but he wasn't even home. I even asked my wife if there was anyone else here besides the two of us and there wasn't. there were also some other strange things that happened in that house that were really strange that also happened to other people besides myself. If anything like this has happened to you I'd really like to know what your experience was and what may have caused it.

My wife hit a button on the computer ( doesn't remember which one ) and now all the lettering on our emails and facebook are really tiny. Almost too small to read. I'd really appreciate it if anyone knows how to return it back to normal size. The lettering is about 1/16th- 1/8th of an inch in height. She has no clue what she did or how she did it. I bid on a few items on Ebay with a no reserve auction. I was the only bidder and before the auction was over, the seller cancelled my bid. I would like to know what action to take or who I can speak with to resolve this matter. If they didn't want to sell the item for a low price they shouldn't have put it in a auction with no reserve. I received a cancellation notice from Ebay saying that the item did not sell. I would have won these items if the seller hadn't cancelled my bid. I've sold item that I felt should have sold for more, but that's the risk a person takes with a no reserve auction. Thank you in advance for your answers.

My wife's niece is a 13 yr old and pregnant. Her mother is totally cool about the situation and doesn't think there is anything wrong about her or her daughter being pregnant. We are at a total loss for words. I've answered a lot of questions here on Yahoo Answers and now it's time for me to ask such a serious question. Are we the only ones who feel like the mother needs her head examined and the little girl needs some serious counseling or what? I would really like to know how all of you would feel if you were in our shoes here and this was your niece in this situation. We are both sick to our stomachs about the whole matter. The father is no longer in their lives because the mother kept cheating on him numerous times and he couldn't take the emotional abuse anymore. There has to be something we can do. We really need your advice in this matter. It's a very touchy subject with the mother and daughter and they are threatening to go into hiding if that's what it takes for her to have this baby. We are just very concerned about the health and well being of this very young child who wants to be a mother!

Were moving from San Diego back to Oregon and we need to know what to give our little bird something to calm him down and relax. When we moved to San Diego a few years ago, it was only a 75 mile trip and he freaked out the whole way even with a sheet over his cage. He wouldn't talk to us for about a week till things settled down and he began to go back to normal. We just don't want him to have a heart attack on the way back home. My wife had a biopsy done about a month ago and the doctors have different answers for her cure. One of them says not to worry about it and the other says he needs to operate to remove the Nodule. This doesn't cause my wife any pain or discomfort at all. From the 2 sets of pictures we have which are 3 yrs apart, we can't see any change in size at all. The biopsies were both negative each time with no cancerous cells found. Is this doctor just need the extra money or should there be concern about her condition. The first 2 doctors said not to worry about it and just have her yearly check-up done to keep a watch on it. She's really scared because of what she's been through with me these last 3 yrs. I've been through Chemotherapy for 4 months which almost killed me and then I went through 1 small surgery and 1 major, major surgery which lasted for almost 13 hrs. When they gave me my biopsy results for my cancer, they only gave me 2 hrs to get to the hospital to check in. I'm very grateful for what all the DR's & Staff did for me for all of those months of care and treatments. We just really would like to know the truth if she really needs this operation or not, or if this DR is just behind on his payments and needs the money. We hope that you'll be able to give us some good advice to lessen her fears of this surgery. The Nodule is located at the very bottom of her esophagus just before her stomach opening. After surgery a few yrs ago, it left me with this condition called Polyneuropathy or Neuropathy- non diabetic kind. The Dr's had to cut through a bunch of nerves to remove a total of 97 lympthnodes. During that operation is when the damage was done to my lower legs from my knees down to my toes. It feels like I'm walking on broken glass all day and night long with electrical shocks off and on through out the day and night. It's very painful and hard to sleep at night. I'm on some really strong pain medication right now but it's just enough to keep me from putting a pistol to my head. If any of you have any suggestions for a cure on how to stop this suffering, I'd really appreciate very much. If you know of anyone else who suffers from this, please give me their link or you can give them mine so I can try to get to the bottom of this. Thamks guys and gals. Need dental work done very badly! Had to drop my dental insurance to keep my health insurance. Went through cancer a few yrs ago. No one wants to hire me now. I was a Chef for almost 9yrs. Could any of you Dentists out there refer me to someone who could help me out here. I'm in very much pain with not very many choices to make other than laying my head on a RR track and getting it over with. Any info will be greatly appreciated. I'm already on very strong pain killers and they don't even help with the muscular & neurological pain I'm in right now. The chemo & surgeries were more than I thought they would be. My beautiful wife also needs a flipper. Maybe there aren't any good people left in this world after all. Maybe these people are right and were living in hell with the demons in charge of it all!!!

My caseworker wants the case dropped due to my failing health and she said my ex could drop the case if she wanted to. I told the caseworker as long as it has to do with money, she won't drop it. Are there any laws out there for divorced fathers who have rights in their favor and don't have to be kept taken to the cleaners ever week. None of this was my choosing and it was against my will. She took the daughters, restraining order against me and also if I missed a child support payment, I didn't get to see my daughters for that week. There's so much more to write, but I have to stop. What causes my testicle to do this and is this serious? I had testicular cancer 2 yrs ago and I'm a little nervous about this. It's painful and tender to the touch. It has been doing this for a few months now. It comes and go's on it's own. Is it related to lifting heavy objects or is it a pulled muscle of some kind? I have a idea for a new food product and I was wanting to know if a person can patent their food product or idea? I know it's not out there yet and its so simple and good that if it was, it would have been done already. I would also like to know who I talk to, to get started and if there are companies that pay for your food ideas? Can't tell you what the idea is of course, but it's going to be huge and people will eat this like pie and ice cream.
