Coward

I do nothing at all I'm 30 living with parents...a while ago, I thought I'd make myself useful by learning python and start freelancing... but soon as I started to imagine myself starting the computer, a sense of panic driven anxiety set in... And now I am racing thoughts and not able to ground myself...what could be the reason? Is it because Its too late to start learning something or is it the guilt that I'm not earning any money?

If anyone can be as successful and independent, why do we hear a handful of names from the last century or older always, like only those ones...and most importantly, only few...? And how can everyone be successful with their ideas when world's population is vast and their unique ideas are not so unique anymore?... really, what you have in mind, is probably already worked out for lots of people right? And yet, we say names of a few successful people all our lives, why? Isn't all this business and strategy these days?

I am 30 yo & don't know where to start or what to do... living with parents for 3 yrs... after working nights in a call center... don't want to go back to that/study...I feel Anxious all the time...this constant pressure of society on our family...what to do? I make homemade soap...but only a few people buy ...i sell probably very less for really cheap... earning a day's wage in a year or two... you guys have any thoughts and suggestions on if I could grow?

I am 30...my dad lately has feelings of depression because he wants to travel places and his retired and bored...I also think my failure to satisfy their wants like me being a regular successful job holder or a businessman, makes him even more depressed... His and mom's happiness always depends on my success or my marriage choice...etc...how to make ourselves a win win solution out of this ?

Why do people still buy them even though they are very expensive...who is "surviving" anymore??

I'm meeting her family tomorrow with my mom and dad...I'm so paralyzed with fear and anxiety and negative thoughts that I'm a man child and how they're going to find my behaviour weird...I don't work jobs, I didn't finish college, have started making soap at home and never had any friends or a girlfriend...until now...now arranged marriage suddenly and I am horrified of everything...help me folks...thanks in advance...

Im thinking of switching to body wash from bar soap since it's moisturising...are there any negatives of this I should be aware of?

I was using this loccitane milk soap that I got off Amazon and started wondering how they make such quality perfumes that stay long time in soap and also have very pleasing aroma...it smells surprisingly pleasant and likeable...very subtle and my senses love it and want it all the time...how do they make such quality perfumes ? Why should we walk at least 10k steps a day? Does it do anything?
