my goddaughter is 17 months, and i am having a hard time deciding what to get her for Christmas. May sound silly of course, since kids are easy to shop for but this child is very overindulged. Her parents have bought her so much toys for Christmas that her mother can't shut the closet doors. Clothes? she has them in the closet with tags still on never worn. Her parents are great and I love them, but they indulge her and then neglect other bills. anyways... what kind of gift could i get this child that would benefit her in the long run? since her parents dont even have savings accounts! could go get her a toy, but what is the real point?

ok. my laptop power cord got destroyed. It sparked and everything... whole nine yards. I just need to get one document off of it .. major important by wed. I ordered a new cord,.. and it might not be here... is there any other way to get this document off the computer?

I really want to find a hello kitty coffee pot. The one target used to have is no longer available, and I checked ebay.. and they are japanese...and I don't want to have to buy outlet thingys or whatever! I really really want some of these appliances...

I posted this question earlier. This happened to me i think. I am being treated for cancer, and I filed the forms. This morning my bank account had a depsosit from ssdi. I haven't recieved a letter either way.

ok. I am currently undergoing treatment for a cancer diagnosis. have been on chemo for the past five months, and have a few more treatments, then some immunotherapy. I applied for ssdi...(ONLY UNTIL I AM WELL ENOUGH TO GO BACK TO WORK) I applied the beginning of July, and was told due to my disease it would be "tagged". However, i have not received a decision letter, but I had two months worth of pay deposited in my account lst night. Is this a mistake? The office is closed. Believe me, I will be calling them. I would love to pay some bills! But I am afraid the feds are going to beat down my door. lol.
