Hello, I'm staring school again on August 20th, and my doctor said that I should lose about 60 pounds to get to a healthy weight. I'm doing it for my health, and for myself. But, I don't really know where to get started. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated. 60 pounds is my goal, but if I could even lose half that by August 20th, and be on my way to losing 60 I would be happy.

So ok I'm bisexual and I'm not sure how to tell my family I sent my brow a letter because hes openly gay and told our family but.my mom says ur only.one way or the other. And my dad is homophobic and Idk bout my stepdad but see Idk how to tell my dad & mom... help? Tnx.
