Ok so, I had this sharp burning pain in the lower right side of my back. It just came back to me this week (it's been months since I've had pain there). It hurts really bad when I look down or bend over but not as much now..

I went to the doctor for it but all she told me was to take some tylenol.

Like if I fall on my back or my side really hard, it begins to hurt.

Also, If I sit a certain way I experience excrutiating pain.

I'm a dancer, so when I stretch it goes away and comes back when I do certain movements.

So If I just ice it, put a heating pad on it, and rub bengay on my back, would that be the most effective thing to do??

Now I know she's associated with Kanye and his ex and blah blah blahh, but what the hell did she do to get known, or ever help us??

(People call her a hoe, so.....?)
