We own 2 cats who stay inside. However, my parents have two chihuahua's and our friends have two bigger dogs. Every time the dogs are let outside to go to the bathroom, my three year old daughter (lover of all animals) is afraid they will run away and cries like crazy. We've all reassured her that they will come back in when they are done, but it doesn't seem to work. Any advice???

We live in Cranbrook, BC, which seems to have lots of ants. However, we just moved into our house a month ago, which had been vacant before that for about 2 months. Not thinking, we put our coffee table, which our kids previously used as a dining table, into the rec room. We now have, on a daily basis, numerous little black ants crawing on the top of the coffee table. I have put ant traps under the table, and even took it outside and scrubbed it down with bleach and water. I have no idea where they are coming from. I have one bush of peonies at the back of the house, however the only place the LBA's are is in the rec room at the front of the house. I want to get rid of these little critters naturally as I have 3 small children and 2 cats. Thanks in adanvce for anyone's help!

We have an orange tabby cat, named "Gizmo". It is 3 months old, but we're not sure of the sex. He's a strictly indoor cat, so we haven't had him/her to the vet yet. When I lift up the tail, there is a round "hole" further down from the anus, but he doesn't seem to have grown a set. Could this be that his "set' just hasn't dropped into place, or do I have a girl. He/she is short haired, but seems to have plenty of fur around the genitals! :) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My dad is still paying child support for my sister (23 with grade 8 education, living on her own with 3 young kids) and for my brother, who lives with his girlfriend, is 19, has a full time job, not in school and has an 10 month old daughter. My former step-mom claims that my brother is going to school full time (correspondence), and that due to that she still supports him...but he's supporting his girlfriend and child with a full time job! My dad wants to terminate child support, but my ex-step-mother won't agree to it. What forms should my dad file to terminate the support? He cannot afford a lawyer.

I live in Cranbrook, BC, and didn't have all of our winter things gone through by the deadline of Sept. 30th for Coats for Kids. We'd much rather donate the winter items we have for children than give it to a thrift store. We want some one to have it who can't afford to buy it. Other than the recent Coats for Kids drive, is there any other place/Chruch in Cranbrook, BC where we can DONATE these clothes to people who need them and can't afford to purchase them? Thanks.

My sister and her live in bf of 5 years are renting a house in London, ON. They are splitting up and have explained to the landlord that they want one of their names off the lease, preferrably his. The landlord has refused to remove one of them saying that they are stuck until January when the lease runs out. Is there anything they can do? I told her to call the Ontario Rental Tribunal, and ask her landlord about assigning her bf's portion of the lease to a roommate. Any suggestions?

My six year old daughter has a terrible temper, doesn't like being told "NO", and has now gone as far as punching her bed in her rage, punching herself in the forehead in her rage, and saying that she wishes she were dead or never been born. If I don't give her what she wants, she says "I hate you" and that I'm a terrible mom. I really don't know what to do anymore. I will be making a Dr.'s appointment for her to see the dr., but I don't want to over-react thinking it's ADHD or Bipolar if it's just a phase. Any suggestions?

So, my 22 month old daughter has been pooping on the potty for the last two months, but hasn't yet peed on it. She enjoys going to the bathroom and sitting on the potty when she has peed in her pull-up, and she does ask for toilet paper to wipe her bum, but how do I get her to actually pee on the potty? I think once she pees, we'll be on our way to NO MORE DIAPERS! :)

Any suggestions?

If I were to drive from Boston, Massachusetts to Salem, Massachusetts, how long would it take?

My husband and I have been married for 9 years. When we make love, it always seems to be the same old missionary position or him on the bottom.
