    Not only more indoor malls but not dying malls either. Phoenix just lost Metro Center which was considered their largest mall.

    I'm wondering how challenging it is to find a job in Phoenix or in Maricopa County as a Clinical Social Worker for children with an LMSW and straight A's immediately after graduation. Is Phoenix a very difficult city to find work in as a therapist or anything in children's services? How competitive are jobs in Phoenix? I'm asking because I want to be licensed in Arizona and I do not want to move away.

  • Do I need to switch my drivers license?

    I am moving from New Hampshire to Arizona for school as a transfer, but I am moving down a few months early and getting my own apartment separate from school. Do I have to switch my registration/insurance and drivers license? I'm not 100% sure because I am going for school but I will not be living in a school provided residence.

  • Is Tucson a good place to raise kids?

    I grew up in California. I moved to the East Coast for a better quality of life. It is beautiful here, I live in a nice city.. but I cannot adjust after living here for 3 years. It just doesn’t feel like home. My son doesn’t seem to be thriving without family nearby too. I want to move closer to California. My mom lives in Tucson and has 2 extra rooms for my son and I until I can settle in, find a job and get my own place there. But I keep seeing articles such as Tucson named one of the worst cities, Tucson is one of the most dangerous cities, Tucson is a transient city and most people leave after college etc.. but I’ve read message boards and people say the complete opposite. That it’s a great city. So I’m not sure what to think at all. Are there any Tucson residents who can give me more input? Thank you.
