What's the difference between level 1 and level 2 on this Yahoo answers thing?

    Level 1 is less than 250 points. Level 2 is 250 to 999 points.

    Level one cannot "rate" answers with "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" but Level 2 can "rate."

    Level 2 can ask/answer more questions per day. You can also "vote" for more unresolved questions by clicking on the "answer" toolbar at the top of the page then clck on the word "vote." You get 1 point per question you vote on. You earn 2 points for each question you answered and 10 bonus points if you're chosen as "best answer." You LOSE 5 pts. every time you ask a question.

    At level 2, you can rate answers and can do twice as much (40 answers and 40 votes)

    at level 2 you can ask more questions daily, answer more questions daily, vote on more answers and also rate other peoples answers (Thats the thumbs up or thumbs down symbol next to answers)
