Because people are no longer interested when people do great things without cheating to achieve them. By the way did you see him steal second last night?

Because he is playing for a small market team on the West Coast that really does not have a national following and Roger Clemens is still pitching and has more wins than Maddux does. If he were playing for a team like LA, Chicago, or NY I am sure we would be hearing all about it.
