i get dizzy...?

so, today i didnt eat breakfast b/c i got up late and didnt eat lunch (not unusual) b/c i was real busy. anyways, ive had many a day that began like that but today i got extremely light headed at about 2pm... ive never felt like that before. im not dehydrated and did have some oj a couple hours prior to the dizzy spell. is this b/c i did not eat? if so, then why has it never happenned before?

    first time for you - lack of food is most likely cause

    if repeats, especially if you eat, then see a health specialist
