Study in US?

I have a US 10 year Tourist Visa,can I go there,get admission in a college and change my visa

    Yes if you get admission into college and receive an I-20 then you can change your status to that of a student, however to get an actual student visa you would need to make an appointment at the U.S. Embassy in your home country. Visas cannot be issued inside the U.S.
