Apostrophe question?

"With 11 year's experience in the industry..."

I'm checking my workmate's copy, and she's written this line of text. In this case, shouldn't the apostrophe go on the other side of the s? - ie. "With 11 years' experience in the industry..."

yes, years is plural therefore it would go after the s. but all numbers under 101 should be spelled out.

Yes, because that's saying "With 11 year is experience in the industry." because it is a contraction. And the answerer before me is right 11 needs to be spelled out also.
