If I were to start a second Metal Gear Solid 4 save file?

and if I already installed MGS4 per act, would I have to go through that process of installing again?

Update:

So does that mean that if I have five save files in different acts then does it leave the five installs or is it ONLY one install?

Each time you enter a new act you have to delete the old one and reinstall a new one, because of the preliminary install [the 8 minute one] these only take 2 minutes.

If you are still in act 1 and you start again there will be no install, if you have two didfferent saves in the same act you can switch easily.

However whenever you move between acts you do need the 2 minute install, but at least it cuts down loading times in the Act.

    *EDIT*

There is only one act installed at any given time, whether you have gamesaves for other acts or not.
