I need a tattoo design for a Phoenix rising from fire?

I'd like to get a tattoo of a phoenix flying up from a fire (the whole rebirth, renewal theme) but the only ones I've found are HUGE. I love the beautiful details but there's no way I can get one that size.

Since I want to get it on my wrist, I was hoping someone would know of a website with some nice but smaller designs? Obviously, they don't need to be real detailed, a representation character would be fine too.

If I can't find anything wrist-size I may have to change locations, but if it's on my back it won't show as much, so yeah ..... :-/

Thanks for your help! :-)

I would suggest taking these pictures to a few different tattoo shops and letting them draw you up something. (of course there will probably be a small fee for the artist to do this) But in talking to them and letting them do this, you will be able to see the artist talent which helps in deciding who you want to tattoo you. Generally if you find a good artist they will have no problems taking anything you bring them and turning it into a beautiful tattoo. That is their job of course. And if they give you a hard time, then you probably don't want them tattooing you anyway. Remember, with tattoos you get what you pay for. So if your cheap about spending the money to let them draw it up, then your probably going to end up with cheap work on your body. Good Luck!

You could find a tattoo parlor you really like and take your suggestion to them and they could draw up something for you.

I'm getting a tattoo soon (a heart with my boyfriend's initials in it) on my upper bottom area soon and I took the idea into a tattoo shop I'm comfortable with and they laid out their suggestions for me and quoted me a price.

    I'd try that.

Here are some pics I found with nice lines, which your tattoo artist should easily be able to simplify for you.
