anyone know the song that was playing at the end of the last episode of the tv show "life".?

this was playing when dani reese and capt. tisdell were kissing in the doorway. i think the words were "you can count on me when everything is wrong cause i'll sing a sweet song for you". any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks. the episode was called "DID YOU FEEL THAT?" thanks again.

    Check http://www.tunesonthetube.tv/ ---they've got a list of all the songs played in every episode, along with links to download those songs---as well as links to download the full episodes.
