simple heathy lifestyle tips..(pls read)?
tell me what you think...this is actual advice from me
*made for people who have no time to workout
-dont eat after 6 p.m
-replace chips and ice cream with salads and smoothies
-1000 calories a day
-slow down on oliy and greasy food
-take the stairs rather then the elevator
-walk rather then ride
-at least do 30 sit ups a day ..after a meal
anyway hope this helps i lost 3 lbs already

I think that would work great! But also if you drink 10 bottles of water a day that should help too, it also keeps you healthy, and your breath smelling good!

-special k
-nutrigrain bars

I would probably change 1000 calories to 1200 a day, but otherwise, it's great.
