How does a bubblein your car tyre affect your car handling?

Pre: Tyre popping.  I have a mechanic who told me that my car tyre has a bubble in it.  I htought it was my wheel bearings (which I've heard a lot before going), would these 2 situations cause the same symptoms? Noisey left front wheel, a little bit off pull (not much) to the left.  When I stop after a long drive it sounds like a knocking noise for a few second, wynning sound coming from the front left drivers side.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.  I took it back to the yard because the car is under warranty.

If your tire is not in good condition then get rid of it mate otherwise you could have a blowout at speed and prang the car big time.

the tires plies are separating (metal wires pulling apart under the rubber)  and if the separation happens near the shoulder of the tire it can cause it to pull the car during acceleration. it will also cause a thumping noise when moving.
