how do i build a shaft spine aligner?

I have found a couple on the internet but they look pretty easy to build yourself and probably cheaper. If anyone knows the specs on how to build one, i would appreciate it if you would fill me in on this.

    Finding the spine on a golf shaft is the same procedure used to find the spine on a fishing rod blank- check out Barlow's, Jann's Netcraft, or mudhole fishing.com- the have different simple tools and also explain how it's done in pictures.
