Home made insect spray?

I made a quart of liquid, which contains 2 full heads of garlic and some cayenne. Do I spray this full strength, or should I dilute it?

I'm assuming that other than the garlic and cayenne, it's water. If so, use it full strength.

If you first add a little dishwashing liquid, it will stick to the leaves better.

This spray will drive away some insects, not all. Bean beetles, Thrips, Squash Bugs and Snails and Slugs, and other bugs that eat Garlic and Peppers will be attracted to your concoction. They also will eat other plants besides garlic and peppers.
