What happened to the Minardi 2-seaters?

Does anyone know what happened to the Minardi 2-seaters that Paul Stoddart kept when he left Formula 1. I know they were used to give rides during the last season (2007) of Champ Car, but does anyone know if they are still being operated somewhere?
