Do you think Wanye Bennett is a great coach or a great motivator?

Wayne Bennett is not only the best coach and also the most inspirational coach in the world. The MAN has MANA what else can you say about him!

Yes, I think he is both. You only have to look what he has done for the Dragons this year, and also how the Broncos did under his coaching. I think he is the best Coach ever.

I do not know why he left the Broncos,but have been told he did not jump but was pushed. Why any Club with a Coach of his calibre would do that if it is true is beyond me. So good luck to the Dragons, they wanted him and he has done wonders for them, maybe even a Premiership. I hope he keeps on coaching for years to come.

I think he does give the players a sense of belief in themselves and they know they can come to him for advice whenever. I remember reading years ago that some of the Broncos players said he was like a father figure to them. He is a very wise man, as he says very little to the Media, so there is little for them to take out of context like they seem to like to do, but I am told by someone who does know him that there is a very witty man behind that face he shows the media.

I think Wayne Bennet is not just a great footy coach and motivator, he is a great human being. If you get a chance please read his book "Dont Die With The Music In You" it is a truely inspiring read, All Dragons fans in fact all in Rugby League should be grateful that Wayne is involved with our game, i am a Sea Eagles supporter but I have the upmost respect and admiration for Wayne, and I am sure he is the reason the Dragons are doing so well this season, he has done it very hard over the years but never lets on about it, he's a very humble man who inspires those around him, and i wish him all the success he deserves.

Wanye is a great motivator as a coach. He motivates his players to get the best out of them, to discover the their potentials and beleive in themselves. The belief in onself is firstly at the individual level. This is then translated into the whoel team. Any sport with more than one player is a team. Therefore must perform for each other as in the team when playing.

Wayne's definitely both - importantly a great motivator! I think we all agree his one of the greatest coaches in the modern era - no disrespect to Jack Gibson, but in the modern game, where every inch is analysed - Wayne seems to come up with the goods!

Am a massive Broncs fan, and was really disappointed with how they handled his departure (agree - he was pushed out). Never really liked the Dragons, but now hold a soft spot for them! I don't think the Broncs players confidence slump is any coincident! Got to say that his also a great bloke off the field - a real family man, caring for his disabled son!

He is both a great coach and a great motivator, and more than that he is not just a master Footy coach but also a master life coach who has helped many people both footballers and non footballers off the field as well as on.

kinda off the subject but I cant stress enough about how much I HATE the way the dragons & their fans are like "Dragons 09! unstoppable ect.."

The Dragons are SHIT without Wayne Bennett! I dont know why he would chose to go to such a stupid club! The fans of course like to think its the "amazing" players they have but its all Wayne Bennett!

He is an excellent coach that knows how the game works!

Yeah as you can see his moving impacted the whole Broncos club,Wallace has lost it with out him playing not his best football ever. I think he lost a lot of fans but gained a lot. He is a good motivator and coach but I reckon Locky misses him the most. It is not often that coaches change clubs but unfortuneatly he did. His presence had lifted the Dragons a lot and his coaching is observable. Please come back Benny!

Wayne Bennett is a genius,he knows how to get the best out of people,he does not tolerate fools,he never raises his voice,he is fiercly loyal,and what you see is what you get.When he finally hangs up his coaches hat, Rugby League will be the poorer, because his shoes will be very hard to fill.
