Has anyone else noticed problems with the Cartoon network picture lately?
I find that the image during the commercials is ok, but the programs have rectangles of green or blue, that pop up in random spots, obscuring the image. There are also rectangles of magenta dots that take up most of the screen on some shows, notably Robot Chicken and Home Movies
