If they're a month old, you can hand-feed them and you can teach them to eat by themselves within 2 or 3 days.

Mix a baby kitty milk with just a tiny bit of (soft, from those small plastic bags) baby kitten food that you pureed previously, put it in a pippette, and feed each kitten with it. Do this once or twice (4 hour intervals), then put the same mix on a very shallow plate, and stick the kittens noses in that smudge. Don't stick their actual NOSES in to the point of drowning, only to the point that those get a little dirty and they lick it off. See if they get the idea and start licking from the plate, if not, feed them with a pippette again. 4 hours later, repeat the process.

Usually they catch on that you can eat from the plate very quickly. After, you can increase the amount of pureed cat food and decrease the amount of kitty milk in the mix. At about 5 weeks you can stop pureeing the food for baby kitties.

1 other problem. At this age, the kitties will often pee as the mother licks their butt. If they don't know how to pee by themselves yet, you have to get a towel and gently rub over their genital area. They'll pee and your towel will absorb it.

My guess as to why your cat suddenly stopped feeding them is that she has an inflammation of her breasts. Take her to a veterinary doctor.

If they're only a month old, they are still a bit too young to be weaned; cats need to be weaned at about 6-8 weeks old. Your cat may have many reasons for not feeding them. She might be neglecting them (don't worry, that's a worst case scenario), she could be tired from the heat, she might have a disease, or, like the previous poster said, her breasts may be inflammated. There are other causes, though. Get some cat milk from a pet store (this is VERY important - DO NOT RESORT TO FEEDING THEM NORMAL MILK. it is bad for their digestive systems.). Follow the directions carefully. And then take all three to a veterenarian.

ok go get cat milk from a pet store they have it yes then get them on hard or soft food

but your cat might just be having a hard time nursing them, the same thing happened with my cat theres nothing wrong with her just hold off on geting her fixed until the kittens dont need her like in a month or two
