Is it my computer, or has windows live been down for almost the entire day?
Not sure if its my internet or if its windows live. Another website I go on has been down for the whole day, but the owners confirmed that that site is down, and its not my internet. But live has been down all day, not sure if that is because of my internet or not.
No problem with my internet, everything (other than that site that I KNOW is having problems) is working fine, just not messenger.
Problem Solved. Contacted my ISP, they said they are having issues with a data center in Atlanta (odd, because I am clear up in Pennsylvania). They said they would re-ping my modem from their main office. It works now. They told me it would run slow for awhile until they get the problems sorted out, but its working now.

Works fine for me in UK.
You could try ringing you Internet Provider, however that may take some time.

I'm on Windows Live Messenger right now and can check my hotmail just fine. I live in Australia, but I doubt it's regional.

open your command prompt and type: ping google.com
You'll get replies it your internet connection is good
