I'm not sure whether this is in Hebrew or Arabic, but can someone translate it into English for me?

    Yes, it's Hebrew and it's a forum about the

    textile and laminating arts. It's not an e-mail service.

    It's Hebrew. If it were Arabic I would be able to help, but I don't read Hebrew. Ask in the "Israel" section.
