How would you pronounce a Latin-descended English word spelled "sphetetragab?"?

It looks more Greek than Latin to me, but in any case I would pronounce the sph as an sf (as in "sphere"), not as an sp, and I would accent the second syllable--the "tet" part. (I think I'd also check the spelling!)

Source(s): Majored in Latin and had 15 hours of Greek.
