Copyright termination for "Rhapsody in Blue"?

I wanted to know if I could use Gershwin's composition in a movie we are making to sell. I wouldn't be using someone else's recording...just including a self-recording of the piece. I know there are composition copyrights that may prevent me from doing this, but the US Gov't Copyright website was very ambiguous about when the copyright would expire (I think today it expires 95 years after the holder's death...but the law was different back then). Any help?

Rhapsody in Blue is not yet in the public domain.

Alfred Publishing (Warner Brothers Publishing) owns the rights.
