Looking for a romance novel!?

I am at a loss for what books to read, I enjoy romances, forbidden love is usually a good bet, not too much sex although a mention or two is fine, just as long as its not loads cos i feel it kind of cheapens it (for me anyway), modern is usually best with younger protagonists so i can relate, before someone mentions twilight i've read them all so thats out (although i did enjoy them so something in a similar idea is a welcome suggestion). i also like comedy, fantasy, sci fi, thrillers so those themes along with many others would be fine but i like the main theme to be romance, any help much appreciated!

I haven't read them yet, but House of Night series is supposed to be really good. It's similar to Twilight but has a bit of a Harry Potter twist. It's about a teenage girl that turns into a vampyre and has to go to a school to learn to use her powers. It is a young adult book but has romance in it ans the protagonist is supposed to have lost of different boyfriends and school yard type drama as well as supernatual drama. Again I haven't read them yet but a ton of people say if you like Twilight you ike this as well. It's young adult so it shouldn't have much sex in it.

Buttercup Baby (by Karen Fox) is a really, really good romance, but it has some sex scenes in it.

the Gemma Doyle Trilogy, it's set in 19th century England and has action and romance. I fell in love with Kartik lol.
