Parsley Root used in cooking?
I've seen several cooking shows where they mention parsley root. Is this something special, or can I cook with the roots of the parsley which has over-wintered in the garden?

It's a particular type that is grown for it's oversized roots. You can find them in the grocery store from time to time or grow your own from seed. Very much like a small strong flavored parsnip.
