for you cheesecake lovers out there...?

baked or unbaked. personally I prefer unbaked as i've eaten my mothers lemon cheesecake for years and remember that awesome rich cream cheese and lemon flavor (a litle bias maybe, ill admit) and i just prefer unbaked Let me know whats your favourite and why?

Update:

i understand how people might like unbaked better (they are good) but i dont think you can call something a pie when it usually comes with just a small biscuit base? or maybe not.....

Unbaked is not cheesecake its pudding .

It has to be baked , my favorite is my own creation Cafe' Amaretto . If I purchase one , only Juniors in Brooklyn , N.Y. will do ! Those baby cheesecakes are to die for . There was another in Chicago , Il. , just a small German bakery in the old German section Der Wunderba Kuken . They made there's with a combination of cream cheese and bakers cheese . The taste wa truly old world .

I needed to ad this there is another cheese cake that I created and is my most requested . My own version of a Black Forest cheesecake . Everyone says it is divine . I have personally never tasted it . It has pueed raspberries in it . I love raspberries , but once crushed I wont touch them . Shame , that was first grand champion recipe .
