What can i do to fix my 100% cotton shrunk dress?
Is there anything I can do to make it the size it originally was?

No there is nothing that you can do to unshrink 100% cotton. If it is tight on you, you can put it on when it is damp and the heat of your body will make it a bit looser, but as soon as you wash it, it will go back to the same size.

No, there is nothing you can do. You can try putting it on when it's wet, but other than that - you are SOL.

give it to someone slightly smaller than you are, or donate it to Goodwill
