I have a few friends that I met in college that got i long really well with but recently there's been a lot of drama that we've stopped hanging-out. When we do see each other, which is often, we pretend that everything is ok but are cold to each other. We understand that its ok that we're no longer friends like before. College graduation is in a few days and it may be last time I see them for a while of maybe even ever.

I want to end things in a good note and write them a letter; despite everything I am genuinely proud of them graduating, after all we've been friends since orientation week in 1st year and had good times together, and I also really do wish them the best. And also apologize if I ever hurt them.

On the other hand, when I think of what they did to me and my best friends I still get so mad. I still think that nothing of what they did was ok and that I, writing this letter, will make them think it is. I don't want them to feel that it was ok for them to treat us like they did.

What do I do? Be nice and make peace or end things as they are, anyways we're good not being friends anymore.

I spent all this time working on a presentation in Keynote but it has to be sent to a pc and be read by powerpoint. I thought it would work since powerpoint opens in keynote but I'm trying to open my presentation on the old version of powerpoint on my mac and its not opening. Will it open in the newest version of powerpoint in a pc? If not, how can I make it?

Yes, I know you click on tab at the top to view the formatting palette but somehow it isnt showing up. I have a mac. Sometimes I drag the palette to the very side so it isnt in the way but this time it doesnt show up. Its making formatting things really hard. I know it sounds stupid but is there anything I can do? Restarting or quitting doesnt work, and the palette isnt on the other screens when I use entourage.

So I'm studying biological slides from microscopes. The slides have been uploaded and I can view them online but they're not JPEGs. When I open a slide it opens up like a new webpage and I can't "copy to iPhoto" like other pictures; I would like to so I can print them out and study with them. Is there a way to get the picture? How can I take a picture of the webpage?

I have Examkrackers 101 new edition and the Princeton review book; and have done them all, some passages twice, but i still need practice. What other resources are out there? I heard that Kaplan has 6 passages per practice test and that the old Examkrackers uses the same passages, is this true?

I need to run a .exe software on my Mac. I was told to use Parallels in order to run it. I've downloaded the free trial for Parallels and put in the key. But everytime I try to convert the software, it will say "Failed to convert the virtual machine". What do I do?! Should I use Bootcamp instead?

I don't want to have to open preview then save it then open it in Skim; is there a way to open in Skim immediately?

I think it related to pressure because its a pain similar to the one you get in the plane when it takes off or lands; but why?? And what can I do about it? No one else I know gets it.

I use a mac. I am making notes of PDF lecture slides. Is there a way for me to crop out parts of the PDF and paste them onto a word document?

Its in every "must read" list so I decided to read it. I'm sure I missed something 'cause I don't see what it is that makes the book so good. I feel like its one of those pointless books you and your friends read in grade 3 or something.
