Need an adjective that describes the idea of being "related to time"?

I'm trying to describe a "famine of time" but I can't think of an adjective to go in front of "famine." I thought of a "temporal famine" but that doesn't quite have the meaning I'm trying to convey. Any ideas? Please help!

    How is--"ephemeral famine of time"?

"famine of time" might be very nice as is.

    An adjective might diminish it.

    depends on the context.
