When obese people lose weight voice changes?

Now I'm not saying that this is necessarily true for everybody, but as a junky of the biggest loser I've noticed that a lot of them...its like their voice gets higher as they lose weight. I was just wondering what the reason for this is. Is it that the fat is pressing on their vocal chords?

You answered your own question. Yes, the excess weight on their vocals and lungs restrict them from expanding properly. Thus when they loose the weight it free's them up to move properly. It can also alleviate snoring and sleep apnea as well for the same reasons.

I wouldn't be amazed if it can be a perform of your lungs working higher. If you are utilizing extra air whilst you converse, that might trade the timbre of your voice and make it appear extra resonant, even supposing the pitch is not any extraordinary.

Losing weight. Thats seem to work when you follow the diet programs on TV.

But I see the people gain it all back plus more when they go to back to their old habits.

I am in the process of reading Bill Phillips New Book called Transformation.

    It is really good.
