chance of getting into OTS?

I have been planning to become an Air Force Officer for a while now. I'm planning to apply before I get my Master's in Electrical Engineering with specialization in communication system and theory. I have a 3.6 undergrad GPA in Computer Engineering, and several research areas in embedded systems, and sensor network applications.

I'm a naturalized US citizen. My country origin is China. Does it post security clearance problem which might influence my chance of getting into OTS?

With that degree and (I assume) language skills you stand a very good chance. Keep in mind the Air Force is "right sizing" (read downsizing) and so is actually cutting the junior Officer force. You may stand a better chance in the Army.

I agree with red leg. Army would be easier to get into but by all means good luck in ur officer career

you are an American citizen so you should be fine. However, I know a guy (this was the enlisted route, not officer with him), who was restricted from most security clearances b/c his parents weren't citizens

shouldnt be a problem since youre a citizen. Good luck at OTS!
