I don't see why you can't remove her. It sounds as if she has a job of her own so she can get her own health insurance from her employer. In fact, she should pay you half for whatever the health costs are for your children if you have them on your policy. You might want to send her a formal email or type up a letter saying she has 30 days to find her own health insurance and explain you are removing her from your policy.

Yeah you can remove her, just take her off of your policy, you aren't obligated to give her health insurance. Also, I would start looking for a good divorce attorney.

Time for a divorce then she will be off of your insurance and the courts will decide what you will pay her monthly.
